The City of Goddard has approved plans to build a pedestrian bridge over Highway 54. Although there have been signs advising not to cross, residents continue to do so at their own peril. The highway divides the city and the bridge between 183rd and 199th Street will improve safety. The city is currently pursuing grants to help fund the construction of that pedestrian bridge.
