A few years ago I took guitar lessons.  Learning to play or seeing if I could learn to play was sort of a bucket list thing.  After several classes and lots of painful finger tips, I came to the conclusion that the guitar wasn’t for me. My short, stubby fingers on my bear paws just weren’t built to pluck the strings of the guitar.

I tell you this because when I watched the video of award winning actor Jeff Daniels on the Kelly Clarkson show playing the guitar and singing a song he wrote to Kelly Clarkson, I was a little jealous. I kind of wanted to punch him.  Okay, no not really, but DAMN IT!!! He made it look so friggin’ easy.

Now to the important part….this song is beautiful and could be on country radio today…..I dare say, needs to be on country radio today.
