It’s official, the U.S. government is suing Live Nation, the parent company of Ticketmaster. The Department of Justice filed an antitrust lawsuit on Thursday in an effort to break up the company. Live Nation is accused of relying on “unlawful, anti-competitive conduct” to control the live-events industry.
