Conner Smith was involved in a fatal accident Sunday in Nashville when the truck he was driving struck and killed a 77-year-old woman. Authorities say there were no signs of impairment, and the “Creek Will Rise” singer is fully cooperating. The initial cause of the accident is being listed as failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
