When is a window seat not a window seat, apparently when you fly United or Delta. After an attempt to get a class action lawsuit dismissed, the airlines have been ordered by a judge to face the lawsuit that includes claims from passengers who say they paid extra for “window seats” that had no actual windows. The lawsuit alleges the airlines misled customers by failing to disclose during booking that some window seats on Boeing 737s, 757s and Airbus A321s are located beside blank cabin walls instead of windows.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Squishy toys, like the Nee-Doh brand ice cubes and sticks of butter, are wildly popular but are also sending kids to the hospital. The sensory toys are not meant to be heated in the microwave or frozen, yet whether by accident or a viral challenge, that’s exactly what’s happening, and the resulting injuries when the toys rupture are sending kids to the hospital.
