The Wichita State University Foundation, along with Koch Industries and the Fred and Mary Koch Foundation announced a gift to the University of $11.25 million. The money will be used across the campus, ranging from academia to athletics. The emcee is Elizabeth King, from the Wichita State University Foundation. Other speakers include Steve Fellmeyer and Merideth Olson of Koch Industries. Dr. Royce Bowden is the Dean of the School of Engineering. Dr. Eric Sexton is the Director of Athletics, and Wichita State University President John Bardo.
