Ponca City Plane Crash Kills Five

Ponca City - UPDATE 7:28 p.m.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says five people were killed when a small plane crashed in northern Oklahoma.

A patrol report says the five died shortly before 11 a.m. They had just attended a breakfast at Ponca City Regional Airport whem the plane crashed shortly after takeoff. They were not identified. The plane was an Extra EA-400, but the tail number was burnt off by fire.
