WICHITA, Kan. - The former Spaghetti Works building in Old Town is being eyed for redevelopment.
The building, which sits between Intrust Bank Arena and Naftzger Park, has sat vacant now for over a decade. KWCH 12 reports that a developer is interested in converting the building into apartments, office and retail space.
The Wichita City Council will hear about the $23 million proposal next week. If approved, the project could being early next year.
