Free car title replacement for KS flood victims

Replacements will be free for the next 30 days.

TOPEKA, Kan. - Kansas is offering free car title and license replacements for residents of counties in a state of emergency due to flooding. 

Riley, Jewell, Kingman, Marshall, and Pratt County residents can get free replacement documents for the next 30 days. 

Applications for replacement titles and registration receipts can be made at county treasure's offices in the five listed counties. 

You can get a free replacement drivers's license or IDs at any state license office. You will need to show proof of residency in one of the five listed counties.
