Kansas high school teens to meet in Topeka for Transportation Safety Conference

Wichita - Nearly 200 high school students will go to Topeka for the inaugural Kansas Teen Transportation Safety Conference on May 8th-9th. 

The students are leaders of traffic safety programs at their respective schools across the state. 

They'll learn how to better educate their peers on trafic safety, meet safety advocates and receive scholarship opportunities.

The Conference is sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation and AAA.
