Man found after lewd behavior report at K-State

The same person is described in six cases.

MANHATTAN, Kan. - Six cases of lewd behavior and sexual assault have been reported on or near the K-State campus.

A report of lewd behavior came in Wednesday from a parking lot at the west end of campus.

Riley County Police say they got five reports of similar behavior Thursday morning. Two women say they were grabbed and three others reported lewd behavior. This happened a block east of campus, near 11th and Vattier Street.

Police say a dark-skinned man in a white GMC Acadia was described in each case. Thanks to help from citizens watching for that SUV, police were able to find the person Thursday afternoon. Police say they are investigating, and that no more details are being released for now.
