Wichita police are investigating after a body was found outside a downtown building Friday morning.

The body was found around 10:15 a.m. in the 400 block of South Topeka.  Police said there was no indication of foul play, but the investigation is continuing.

The body was turned over to the Sedgwick County Forensic Science Center for an autopsy.
