There’s a free conference today for those interested in abolishing the death penalty in Kansas. The Kansas Coalition Against the Death Penalty is holding a conference today at First United Methodist Church at 305 N. Broadway featuring speakers. One speaker, Floyd Bledsoe, spent 16 years incarcerated in Kansas for a murder he didn’t commit.
The conference is free and open to the public. Registration starts at 12:30pm.
