A kid in Indiana called 911 earlier this month to get help with his math homework.  And it was a slow day.  So the dispatcher stayed on the phone and taught him how to add fractions.

Our dispatchers never know what the next call might be.They train for many emergency situations, homework help is not one they plan for.
