The three men were taken into custody.  Officers found guns, and shell casings inside of the truck, and shell casings in the street on Waco.

The 31-year-old man was booked into jail for criminal discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm while under in the influence.  The 29-year-old man was booked into jail for driving on a suspended license and criminal discharge of a firearm.
