Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors 98-year old WWII veteran Fred Lawrence. Fred has been going to the 24-hour gym in his town, 3 days a week for years now. The other day he turned 98 and the gym staff honored him with cupcakes, balloons and decorations in the gym and put his picture and story up on social media as a source of inspiration. Fred says he like going to the gym because it makes him feel good and makes him feel like he’s strengthening what’s there. Thank you Fred for your inspiration and your service.
