Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors 12-year military veteran William Weaver. William was in need of therapy and a 3-month old doberman puppy named Misty was in need of a home. Thanks to a PuppySpot, a service that helps breeders place their puppies, William and Misty are now a family. Misty was the first placement for PuppySpot’s Wounded Warrior Project, connecting dogs with families nationwide. William is looking forward to the training and says it will be therapeutic for him. Thank you William for your service.
