Investigators believe a malfunction in a dust collecting system caused a fire that damaged a northeast Wichita business.
The two-alarm fire was reported around 11 p.m. Friday at Belite Enterprises in the 3400 block of North Comotara, which is near K-96 and Rock Road. Crews saw flames coming from the building when they arrived, and they had the fire under control in about an hour. No one was hurt.
The damage was estimated at around $150,000.
