A guy in Miami shot video of a woman destroying a Range Rover SUV with a hammer and black spray paint. It’s parked on the side of the road and she spends over three minutes smashing all sides of it, and spraying paint everywhere.
Every once in a while she points across the street and yells at someone, who is probably the owner. The cops eventually show up and arrest her.
