Would you eat this piece of chicken after it, basically, came back to life?

This happened a couple of weeks ago, but it’s going viral now.  Somebody at a restaurant in Florida posted video of a raw piece of chicken CRAWLING off of their plate and falling to the floor.  It looks like it’s trying to escape.

One theory is that it moved because the ends of the nerves were still active, which isn’t completely unheard of.  Another guess is that the chicken was attached to a string that somebody’s pulling. I don’t know about that one. I must have watched this a hundred times and I don’t see a string, and that’s A LOT of movement to be able to pull off with a string.
