The Best Buy electronics retail chain has announced it will be closing one of its three stores in Wichita.

The company said Wednesday it will not renew the lease for its store at 6700 West Kellogg Drive, and the store will close on November 2nd.   The store opened in 1993 and it has over 40 employees.

The closing will leave two stores in operation, one in NewMarket Square at 21st and Maize Road and the other in the Shops at Tallgrass center at 21st and Rock Road.
