The KBI is looking for an elderly man with dementia. Richard Andrus of Inman is a 70-year-old white man, 5 foot 11, bald, and has blue eyes. His vehicle is a 2013 Chevy Silverado pickup with a Vietnam Veteran tag 5123. He hasn’t been seen since 9:30 yesterday morning at his home in Inman — but his credit card was used at a Casey’s in Ellsworth last night.
