Police in Coral Gables, Florida are reporting three deaths after a jewelry store robbery led to a chase with the suspects in a stolen UPS truck. The chase ended in a shootout between the suspects and police.
Police reported that a woman was injured during a robbery at Regent Jewelers and two suspects ran from the scene. The suspects carjacked a UPS truck and held the driver hostage, leading police on a chase until the truck had to stop because of heavy traffic on Miramar Parkway. Officers surrounded the truck and exchanged shots with the gunmen.
