Butler County says they are still dealing with an outage to county phone service.
The outage is not affecting dispatch of 911 services. However, the majority of Butler County offices cannot receive incoming phone calls.
The problem started around 4:30 Thursday afternoon. The county is working with their provider Windstream but says there has been little to no progress in restoring service.
They have filed a formal complaint with the Federal Communications Commission in order to help resolve the issue.
