A man who was shot at an apartment building in Winfield has died of his injuries.
32-year-old Gabriel Luna was flown to a Wichita hospital after the December 18th shooting. Police found him at his apartment in the Honor Apartments building at Southwestern College in the 1700 block of Fowler.
Police said this was an isolated incident and there is no immediate threat to the public, but they are asking for help from anyone who has information on the shooting. No other details have been released on the shooting.
