A young bull moose has been spotted again in northern Kansas.
The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism Game Wardens posted to their Facebook page that the moose was was spotted Friday evening near Scandia, along the Republican River in Republic County. It does appear to be the same moose that was spotted in Jewell County near the Republican River December 20th.
The moose is believed to have crossed into Kansas from Nebraska. It is not legal to hunt the animal in Kansas.
