Charges have been filed against a Wichita man for injuries to his two-month-old twins.
22-year-old Marlin Williams, Jr made his first appearance in court Tuesday on three counts of aggravated battery. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 30th.
Police were called to help EMS crews on January 10th at a home in the 2800 block of South Emporia. There was a two-month-old boy who was not breathing, and he was found to have internal injuries and some previous injuries. His twin sister was discovered to have a broken leg that was in the process of healing. Police also took two other children, ages 1 and 2, into protective custody.
