There are two job fairs being held Thursday.
Both are in the New Leaf shopping center at 21st and Amidon.
A multi-employer job fair runs from 9 a.m. to noon in the old Mattress Firm building. Employers include Bombardier, Cargill, Koch Industries, and Wichita Public Schools. These multi-employer fairs will be happening through June 18.
The Wichita Wind Surge is hosting a hiring event to fill 300 positions. The is happening at the Wichita Workforce Center, directly west of the former Mattress Firm. This hiring event runs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Another job fair is happening on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to noon.
