A Wichita man has pleaded guilty to federal bank robbery charges, and he will be sentenced in May.
57-year-old Timothy Riggans admitted robbing an Emprise Bank location at 257 North Broadway on July 30th, 2018. Prosecutors said Riggans demanded money from a teller, and a security guard caught him outside the bank with the stolen money.
Riggans will be sentenced on May 11th. He could face up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.
