Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Army Veteran Yvette Paz. Yvette first started to not feel well on March 9th and by March 16th she was diagnosed with Covid-19. She was isolated, she says there’s been lung damage and there were a couple times where she couldn’t breathe and she said that was very scary. Now, Yvette is hoping to help others by participating in a malaria drug clinical trial to see if the drug Hydrochloroquine has any effect on the Coronavirus. As of now, she’s on the mend, she still has trouble breathing but she says that’s something she can live with. Feel better Yvette and thank you for your service.
