One person is dead after a shooting near 31st at Oliver.
The shooting happened around 5:30 Tuesday afternoon, in the 3100 block of South Davidson. Police responded and found a 19-year-old man in a grassy area near some homes. He died at the scene.
Wichita police say this shooting happened during an argument, but specifics are not known at the moment. There is no suspect description either, but police say this was not random.
