A man killed in an east Wichita crash Sunday afternoon is identified as 67-year-old Bruce Reed, of Wichita.
Officers were called to the intersection of Oliver and 2nd, around 3:15 p.m., and found a sedan and SUV had hit. Reed was a rear passenger in the car, and was taken to a hospital with critical injuries. He passed away shortly after.
The two drivers involved in the crash had minor injuries.
Wichita police say the SUV was being driven south on Oliver, and the driver hit the sedan as it was being driven west on 2nd.
The crash is still under investigation, and officials have not commented on a possible cause for the crash or said who had the right-of-way.
