A motorcycle rider killed in a crash Friday night is identified as 35-year-old Yaihir Yepez-Morales, of Wichita.
Officers were called to the area of 37th and Oliver around 10 p.m., and found the rider unresponsive. Medical staff attempted to stabilize him but he died at the scene.
Police say Yepez-Morales was headed east on 37th, with a group of riders, when lost control on a curve. Investigators believe speed was a factor in this crash.
No other riders were involved.
