Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors 86-year old Navy Veteran Rudy Armstrong and his little Chihuahua Bubu. Their story is going viral because little Bubu is a hero. The other morning Rudy sat down in his favorite chair to drink his coffee in his house boat and the next thing he knew it was after lunch and he couldn’t move his hand or his foot. So Rudy looked at Bubu and told him to go get help. Bubu jumped into action and went to get help from a nearby dockmaster. Great job Bubu, thank you Rudy for your service.
