A second man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in May at a southeast Wichita apartment complex.

22-year-old Nathaniel Saunders appeared in court Tuesday on charges of first degree murder and aggravated battery.   His next court appearance is scheduled for September 10th and bond was set at $250,000.

Saunders and 22-year-old Malcolm Ganther are charged in a May 20th shooting in the parking lot of the Fox Run Apartments in the 1100 block of South Webb Road.  17-year-old Marcus Sain died a few days after the shooting and an 18-year-old man was injured.   Police said the shooting happened during a drug deal.
