Three arrests made in Greenwood County homicide

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday that three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 78-year-old man in Eureka.

The body of Danny Shue was found at his home on August 19th, and the KBI joined Greenwood County officials on the investigation.  The KBI said a 30-year-old Dighton man was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Finney County jail.   A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody at the El Dorado Police Department and then a 25-year-old El Dorado man was arrested and booked into the Greenwood County jail.

The three suspects are facing charges of felony murder, aggravated burglary, felony theft and conspiracy to commit felony theft.   The Greenwood County attorney is expected to prosecute the case.
