Matthew Bailey is a coach at Manzanita Community Elementary School in Oakland, CA. Playworks is a non-profit organization that helps schools and youth programs design recess and play environments.

Due to COVID the funds have taken a hit so Matthew appeared on Good Morning America and was gifted $65,000 from Dicks Sporting Goods to help the program stay afloat.
