Emergency crews have been sent to a feed store in southern Reno County on a report of a fatal accident.
A man in his 60s was killed in the accident at Burling Mills, at 13,215 South Partridge. That is about four miles east of Arlington. The accident was reported around 10:20 Monday morning.
The Reno County Sheriff’s Office said an employee was pronounced dead at the scene. It was reported that he may have been run over by a semi, but it’s not clear if he was actually hit by the truck or if he had a medical condition. Deputies are still investigating.
