Kansas Department of Revenue officials said Tuesday that two drivers license offices in Wichita are being closed for cleaning operations because of suspected cases of COVID-19.

The closings affect the Twin Lakes office at 21st and Amidon, and the Wichita West office at Central and Tyler Road.  Crews will be working on cleaning operations at the offices under guidelines from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and the Centers for Disease Control.

Appointments will be rescheduled for the offices, and staff will be consolidated at the Twin Lakes office, which is expected to reopen Thursday, November 12th.
