Police say people involved in an east Wichita shooting are not cooperating with investigators, though the shooting is believed to be accidental.
A 14-year-old male was hit in the upper body around 7:15 Wednesday night, in the area of 13th and Oliver. The teen’s injuries are described as serious but not life-threatening.
