Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Veteran Chris Cruise. Chris co-founded Cruise Customs with his wife in 2017 and he says he understands the challenges Veterans face after leaving the service. “I think any veteran when they get a regular job after they get out of the military, they miss the comradery but they also miss serving something greater than themselves,” Chris said. He and his wife started making “Heartbeat Flags”
and they became so popular they donated $35,000 last year to healthcare and hired on more Veterans as business grew. They are now partnered this year with the non-profit USA Cares to give 15% of their proceeds to help Veterans nationwide. Thank you Chris for giving and THANK YOU for your service.
