The 4th annual Open Streets ICT event is planned for September 19.
This event blocks vehicle traffic on Douglas, opening up the street for walking and biking from College Hill to Delano. There is no cost to attend this community event.
Because of COVID, there are some changes being made. Only businesses on Douglas and food trucks will be allowed to register as vendors. This is to try a prevent people from clustering in too many spots. At the moment, mask are encouraged but will not be mandatory to attend. That may change depending on the COVID situation over the next few weeks.
