Residents with a Wichita Public Library card can now stream movies, documentaries, foreign films and TV series with Kanopy.

Kanopy is a video streaming platform that allows customers to check out seven films each month, access two courses from “The Great Courses,” and watch content on Kanopy Kids. The free service is only accessible through the library.

The service is available on many devices, including Apple TV and Roku, as well as through the Kanopy website. It can also be accessed through the mobile app, which is available on iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire tablets.

Customers can register by using their library card number.
