Two men have been arrested in connection to a murder in Haysville.
23-year-old Vennie Kongvongsay, of Wichita, was found fatally shot outside of a home near 86th South and Broadway, on February 10.
On March 22, a 25 and 27-year-old man were arrested for first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and kidnaping.
Officials have not released any details on exactly what led up to Kongvongsay’s death, or if the victim and suspects had any history.
