The Wichita Wind Surge are dropping an extra 8% fee added to sales at Riverfront Stadium.

The fee was put in place earlier this year to help recover costs of implementing new technology when the stadium was built. Officials cited inflation and other risings costs as reasons why they’re dropping the extra fee.

You’ll still have sales tax and other fees added to purchases at the stadium.
