The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has lifted the boil water advisory for Butler County Rural Water District 6.
The advisory was issued because of a loss of pressure in the water system, raising concerns about bacterial contamination. Testing found no evidence of problems with the water, so the order was lifted.
The advisory is still in effect until further notice for the city of Douglass.
