Authorities are investigating a threat made against a school in Greenwood County.
The Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office said a suspect posted a threat on social media along with a picture of a firearm. The Sheriff’s Office was alerted about the post the following day.
A search warrant was executed at the home of the 15 year old suspect. There they found a pellet gun which they believed to be the same gun posted on social media. The teenager was arrested for criminal threat and taken to juvenile intake.
Two adult residents of the home were also arrested on unrelated drug charges.
