A southeast Kansas man was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Elk County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said a Hummer H3 was traveling south on K-99 northeast of Moline when it crossed the center line and hit the driver’s side of a northbound pickup. Both vehicles ended up on the northbound shoulder.
The driver of the Hummer, 69-year-old Randy Julian of Howard, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, a 49-year-old Howard man, was not hurt.
