Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Vietnam Veteran Raymond Roberts Sr. Raymond liked to play the lottery and said he used intuition as the driving force behind buying mulitple tickets for the same lottery game, Lucky For Life. He played a combination of anniversary dates and birthday, the same numbers he’s been playing for over 20 years. Those numbers finally came in, which means Raymond matched the first five numbers on six tickets he bought for the Lucky for Life drawing last week. That’s right, he won 6 times. Raymond chose the $390,000 cash option for five of his prizes, totaling $1.95 million before taxes.
