Today, JJ’s Star Spangled Salute honors Iraq war Army Veteran Victor Hogan. on September 11th, 2006, Victor suffered a traumatic brain injury when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Back then, the Army did not award Purple Hearts for Hogan’s type of injury. But now, with better understanding about TBI, they do, and Victor finally received his, 17 years later. Congratulations Victor and THANK YOU for your service.
